Obtuse

“I want to be the automated faucet
You wave your hand in front of
When you’re already covered in soap
Hoping and hoping
And nothing happens"

This chapbook features slightly uncomfortable poems, the meaning of their motifs just a bit obtuse. Twisting poems that seem at first like love poems into something else, Obtuse is a slightly humorous, slightly baffling poetic diversion into strange corners of the heart.

Obtuse was originally created for Calgary Canzine 2018. Copies are available on their own, or as part of the Canzine ?! Press Pack.
